Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MOPLY (“MOPLY”, “we”, “us”) — the website at getmoply.com, the MOPLY web application, and the business pages hosted on the platform.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using MOPLY, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use MOPLY on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business. If you do not agree, please do not use MOPLY.

2. What MOPLY Provides

MOPLY is a software platform that helps cleaning businesses establish an online presence and organize their promotion. The current service includes:

Account creation with email/password or Google sign-in
Guided business onboarding (business details, location, service areas, services, hours)
A business page builder with a choice of templates and color themes
AI assistance for page content and logo concepts
Previewing and publishing your public business page on getmoply.com
Photo, video, GIF, and Before & After media galleries
Customer reviews submitted on your page, with your moderation
An estimate calculator configured with your own pricing
Connection of your Google Ads and/or Meta advertising accounts, and advertising setup (services, areas, daily budget configuration)
The MOPLY subscription with recurring billing, and transactional account emails

MOPLY provides software tools. MOPLY does not itself provide cleaning services, and advertising campaign delivery is performed by the advertising platforms, not by MOPLY.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MOPLY. By using MOPLY you represent that you meet these requirements and that any business you register is a real business you are authorized to represent.

4. Your Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Choose a strong password and do not share it. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at support@getmoply.com.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to keep it updated.

5. Your Business Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you enter — including your business name, contact details, service areas, services, hours, and estimate pricing configuration. Do not provide misleading, false, or impersonating information. Your public page is only as accurate as the information you give it.

6. Public Business Pages

When you publish your page, its content becomes publicly accessible on the internet at your page URL, and may be indexed by search engines. You can unpublish your page at any time from the Page Builder.

We may remove or disable a published page that violates these Terms, infringes others’ rights, or is used in a misleading or unlawful way.

7. Your Content and Media

You retain ownership of the content and media you add to MOPLY — your business information, text, photos, videos, logos, and other materials (“Your Content”).

You grant MOPLY a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and make Your Content available solely as needed to operate the service — for example, to render your public business page, generate thumbnails and optimized versions of your media, and show previews inside your account.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it, and that Your Content does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

8. Customer Reviews

Visitors of your public page can submit reviews. You control which reviews are approved and displayed through the moderation tools in your account. Reviews that you approve are shown publicly on your page.

You agree not to submit fake reviews, review your own business as if you were a customer, or manipulate reviews in a misleading way. We may remove reviews or content that is abusive, unlawful, or clearly fraudulent.

9. Estimates

The estimate calculator on your page produces starting-point price indications calculated from the pricing configuration you set. Estimates are not binding quotes or offers, and the final price for any job is agreed directly between you and your customer. Estimates may not reflect the exact cost of a specific job.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MOPLY to:

Break any applicable law or regulation
Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or misleading content
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
Upload malware or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform
Scrape, probe, or reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other users’ accounts or pages
Send spam or use the platform for unsolicited mass communications
Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your affiliation with any person or company
Use AI-assisted features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

11. AI-Assisted Features

MOPLY offers AI assistance that can draft page content (such as headlines, About text, and service descriptions), suggest service areas, and generate logo concepts based on the information you provide.

AI output is assistance, not a guarantee: it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and it is not reviewed by MOPLY before you use it. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it is published on your page, and for the final content you publish.

12. Advertising Integrations and Third-Party Ad Platforms

MOPLY lets you connect your own Google Ads and/or Meta advertising accounts and save an advertising configuration (platforms, services, service areas, and a daily budget). MOPLY provides connection and configuration tools only.

Your advertising spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platforms under your own accounts and agreements with them. MOPLY does not hold, manage, or process your advertising funds, and MOPLY is not a party to your relationship with Google or Meta. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

MOPLY does not guarantee that advertising will run, be approved by a platform, or produce any particular outcome — including any number of leads, customers, bookings, revenue, rankings, or return on ad spend.

13. MOPLY Subscription and Billing

Paid access to MOPLY is offered as the MOPLY Founding Member subscription at $55 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by MOPLY.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your dashboard, which uses Stripe’s secure customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid access until then. Your business information and page content remain saved in your account after cancellation, and you can resubscribe at any time.

If you have questions about refunds, contact us at support@getmoply.com. If the subscription price changes in the future, the change will be communicated to you before it applies to your subscription.

Your MOPLY subscription is separate from any advertising budget: advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is never billed by or through MOPLY.

14. Third-Party Services

MOPLY relies on third-party services to operate, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google (sign-in and Google Ads), Meta (advertising), OpenAI and Google (AI features), and OpenStreetMap (maps). Each of these services is governed by its own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, acts, or omissions.

15. Intellectual Property

The MOPLY platform, brand, logos, design, and software are the property of MOPLY and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the MOPLY name, logos, or branding except as needed to use the service as intended (for example, the MOPLY attribution shown on hosted business pages).

Your Content remains yours, as described in Section 7. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Your Content to MOPLY, or ownership of MOPLY to you.

16. Availability and Service Changes

We work to keep MOPLY reliable, but the service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued as the product evolves. Where a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it in advance.

17. Disclaimers

MOPLY is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Without limiting the above, MOPLY does not warrant or guarantee that:

Google Ads or Meta advertising will generate customers, leads, bookings, or revenue
Your website will generate any specific number of enquiries or customers
AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or error-free
Estimates produced by the estimate calculator will match the final price of any job
Advertising will achieve any specific return on spend
The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOPLY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOPLY’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to MOPLY in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MOPLY harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your business’s services, your use of the platform in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

20. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using MOPLY at any time and cancel your subscription from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the platform, or use the service unlawfully.

When your subscription ends, paid access stops at the end of the billing period and your business information and page content remain saved in your account. If your account is terminated, your public business page may be unpublished and removed from public access. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support@getmoply.com.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example by email or a notice in the app). Continuing to use MOPLY after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
